Regulations

  • Please kindly make a reservation 1 week in advance.

(The Maximum number of students per class in 16)

  • One parent(Aged 18 years and above) per child allowd in class for Parent/Child class.

  • If your child will be away for 2 weeks or more, please inform us. In case of going abroad or being sick, parents can send us the flight ticket or a doctor's certificate photo to extend the validity. (1 course can be extended 1 time)

  • All payments that have been processed will be non- refundable.

  • Parents can check the number of classes available, membership, and course validity by using a mobile phone camera to scan the QR Code sent by the teacher. If you need help or have problems scanning, you can inform the teacher at the lobby or contact Line: @tlgemquartier.

  • Please note that membership and session fees are non-transferable.

  • Please kindly text us 1 day in advance to cancel a class. No-show without informing us, that class will be deducted.

Gym Rules

  • Please keep all food, drinks and gum out of the gym area.

  • Please wash your hands before and after class.

  • Please allow your child to enter the gym while the instructor is in the gym area.

  • Please dress your child for comfort, safety, and fun. No jewelry, socks, or tights as they can be slippery and dangerous.

  • Adults who participate in Parent/Child classes must wear socks.

  • Visitors are always welcome, call or text us ahead of time to reserve space. There will be a fee for trial lessons.

  • Photographers are welcome, but please do not disrupt the class.

  • Feel free to observe class but avoid coaching from the sideline.

  • Member with runny nose, fever, coughs, and all other contagious diseases need rest and should not exercise.
